Using a mixture of water and food glycol, contained in an internal tank, Chilla™ rapidly reaches temperatures as low as -35°C,enables wine and liquids to be cooled quickly, precisely and safely.

The heat exchange regulated and managed by a latest generation temperature agitator leads the induced cooling to expand in a homogeneous and controlled way throughout the volume of the liquid in the tank, maintaining its organoleptic characteristics, even during the phase of lowering the temperature.
